About Me

Hi, I’m Electra.

I believe nutrition should make life better, not more complicated.

Working out what to eat can feel overwhelming, particularly when you’re trying to make sense of conflicting advice and then applying it to your own life. Your health goals, concerns and past experiences all play a role, and it’s not always straightforward to find an approach that truly fits.

When we work together, we take the time to understand what matters most to you: your priorities, your challenges and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we create a personalised approach that feels clear, practical and sustainable in your day to day life.

With over 15 years of experience working across hospitals and clinics throughout Melbourne, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of people at different stages of their health journey. Building genuine connections and understanding each person’s unique story is something I deeply value in my work.

My approach is grounded in a weight-inclusive, non-diet framework. I incorporate intuitive eating principles and provide trauma-informed care, creating a supportive and respectful space where you can explore your relationship with food and make changes that feel right for you.
